COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Looking at nutrition through the eyes of a New Zealander to gain an insight into the 'big picture' of what is happening here and globally.
WHAT WILL I LEARN?Students will gain knowledge in nutritional concerns that affect New Zealanders, global trends in food, understand nutritional issues, look at multi-national food corporations and create and implement health promotion activities.
